In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” a buyer may:
1. Exchange a product of satisfactory quality.
2. Return a product of satisfactory quality.
3. Return or exchange a product of unsatisfactory quality.
Which goods are eligible for exchange:
1. Goods for which a receipt is available;
2. Goods in their original packaging with tags and labels intact, which have not been used;
3. Goods purchased within the last 14 days.
Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of acceptable quality:
1. Notify us of your intention to return the paid-for goods;
2. Provide the tracking number of the shipped package and your credit card number for a refund;
3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund your money or provide replacement goods within three business days
Return procedure for goods of unsatisfactory quality:
1. Notify us of your intention to return the paid-for goods;
2. Provide the tracking number of the shipped package and your bank card number for the refund;

All carrier services, fees, and money transfers are covered by us.
Exchanges and returns are processed via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, as well as at the physical address: 36007 Poltava, Garazhna St., 7.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the goods.
Refunds are issued to a card or via money transfer at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
Refunds are processed within 3 days of the seller receiving the package at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
